By this application, applicant is seeking temporary bail for a single day on 28.12.2018 to attend the marriage of his brother-in-law. The learned APP, on instructions, submits that marriage of his brother-in-law is scheduled on 28.12.2018 and the applicant may attend the said marriage under the escort. 2.

The learned advocate for the applicant submits that the applicant is willing to bear the expenses of the escort. In view of this, following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) The application is partly allowed;

905 - APPA. 2055-18 (ii) The applicant is permitted to attend the marriage of his brother-in-law, scheduled on 28.12.2018 under the police escort. The jail authorities shall release the applicant to attend the marriage under the escort. The applicant shall be taken back to the jail under escort on 29.12.2018 till 1.00 p. m.

(iii) The applicant shall bear the expenses of police escort. (iv) The criminal application is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
