As I am inclined to dispose of the Review Petition without notice to the respondents, for the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a sufficient cause for condoning delay. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs without issuing notice to the other side.
