By an order dated 28th November, 2018, the substantive sentence imposed upon the Applicant was suspended and he was directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and one or more solvent sureties in the like amount. The Applicant was directed to be enlarged on cash bail for a period of four weeks, within which he shall furnish solvent sureties to the satisfaction of the Special Court.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has furnished securities. However, verification is awaited.
