P.C.:- 1) Dr. Warunjikar, leaned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions submitted that, after completion of investigation of C.R. No.214 of 2018 registered with Kasarwadavali Police Station, Thane City, the Investigating Agency has filed "C-Summary Report" in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class 3rd Court, Thane. He tendered across the bar a photocopy of the said "C-Summary Report".

2) He submitted that, the Petitioner has already lodged his Protest Petition in the said "C-Summary Report" and therefore the Petition as of today, has become infructuous.

4) As the Protest Petition has been filed by the Petitioner, informant, which is pending for final adjudication on the file of learned Magistrate for last about three years, we direct the learned Magistrate to dispose it off within a period of six months from the date of receipt of present Order.
