Applicant is granted bail by this Court vide Criminal Bail Application No. 3035 of 2018 vide order dated 27th November, 2018. The applicant was also permitted to furnish cash security of Rs.20,000/- in lieu of surety for a period of four weeks. Learned advocate for the applicant submits that requisite documents for furnishing surety are already submitted to the Court and acceptance of surety is in process. It would take some more time. It is therefore submitted that the facility of cash security granted by this Court may be extended to enable the applicant to furnish the surety in accordance with the order dated 27th November, 2018.

Considering the submissions of learned advocate for the applicant, the facility of cash security granted by this Court by order dated 27th November, 2018 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 3035 of 2018 is extended for a period of six weeks from today to enable the applicant to furnish the surety in accordance with the order dated 27th November, 2018. 3.

Criminal Application stands disposed off.
