P.C.:- Note put up by the Registry mentions that "R.No.1 was not found and said office premises was found locked and R.No.1 seldomly visit at said premises but no fixed day and time hence pasted on outer door". Learned Advocate for the Applicant, Original Petitioner, submitted that, the pasting of notice on the last known address of the Respondent No.1 is a service of notice upon the Respondent No.1 and it is completed.

Despite service, none appeared for the Respondent No.1. In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Necessary amendment be carried out in the record of the Court within a period of two weeks from today.
