When this Court declined to entertain the present writ petition, advocate for petitioner submits that he has received instructions from his client to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to press their application dated 10.05.2018 filed before the Corporation for regularization of residential building built on Land Bearing Survey No.508, Hissa No.14, New Survey No.101, Hissa No.14, Village-Bhayandar, Tal. Thane, Dist. Thane. He placed on record the copy of the said application. Same is S.C.Magar

a) Writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. b) No order as to costs.
