Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that documents of complainant itself show the story. Learned APP states that after completing investigation charge-sheet is already filed on 12/1/2019. It is apparent that at this juncture when charge-sheet is filed, we cannot in writ jurisdiction appreciate the so called documents of the complainant and record any findings.
