Learned Advocate representing both the sides jointly submitted that the parties have arrived at amicable settlement. They have executed consent terms. The petitioner No.1 and respondent No.1 are present in the Court. It is stated that the parties have executed consent terms. Contents of the consent terms are confirmed by the parties present in the Court. 2.

As per the consent terms, petitioner No.1 has agreed to pay remaining amount of Rs.15,00,000/- to the respondent No.1 through Demand Draft of Rs.15,00,000/-. The Demand Draft Digitally signed by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

As per the other terms of the consent terms, both the sides have agreed to withdraw the proceedings pending against them. The consent terms are taken on record. The consent terms however mentioned that the parties had agreed to go for divorce by mutual consent. The husband has filed appeal before the District Court bearing Appeal No.120 of 2019. The parties have agreed that the said appeal would be allowed with the consent of both the sides.
