Registry had not placed the papers of the aforesaid interim application before us on the last date and as such we were unable to proceed with the same and the matter was adjourned to 17th April 2024 i.e. today.

Even today, registry has not placed the papers of the interim application as well as the petition, before us. 1/3

Be that as it may, learned counsel for the applicant has tendered a photocopy of the interim application, to enable us to take up the same. The said photocopy of the interim application is taken on record.

By the said interim application, the applicant seeks leave to amend the aforesaid writ petition as prayed for in paragraph 9, clauses 'a' and 'b'.

For the reasons set out in the interim application, the interim application is allowed and the applicant is permitted to amend the aforesaid writ petition. Amendment to be carried out within one week from today and amended copy be served on the other side. 6.

Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. 7.

In the event, the writ petition is not traceable in the registry, liberty is granted to the learned counsel for the 2/3

applicant/petitioner to reconstruct the papers of the aforesaid writ petition, so as to enable the registry to place the same before us, on the next date.
