Since the petition arises from an interlocutory order dated 5th December 2018 by which the learned Tribunal has rejected the prayer for interim relief and kept the matter on 29th January 2019, we are not inclined to entertain this petition under our extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petition, therefore, stands dismissed.

However, taking into consideration the grounds raised in the petition, we request the learned Tribunal to take up the matter for hearing on 29th January 2019 or within a short period thereafter and decide the same on merits preferably on or before 31st March 2019.
