This application is preferred by the applicant for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No.3947/2019 which was dismissed for non-removal of the office objections. 2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that he has already deposited Rs.1 Lakh in the trial Court, pursuant to the order dated 21.8.2019. He has also served the respondents and he has filed affidavit of service. However, the office objections remained to be removed for which the Writ Petition was dismissed. Pradeepkumar P. Deshmane 3.

Considering these submissions and considering the fact that the applicant has substantially complied with the order dated 21.8.2019, I am inclined to allow this application. Hence, the following order :

Criminal Interim Application No.1/2019 is allowed. ii.
