Heard. Perused papers. Death appears to be accidental. The statement of person with whom deceased son of petitioner was working has been recorded on 21/2/2016. He appears to be the brother of deceased. He has pointed out how the accidental drowning has taken place. The petitioner before this Court is the father of deceased. He is not in position to explain why this position is not acceptable to him. 2.
AD was registered and post mortem report does not show any injuries to deceased. The cause of death is drowning. In this situation, no case is made out. The petition is rejected.
