By this application under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908, the Applicant wife is seeking transfer of papers and proceedings in Civil Misc. Application No. 31 of 2018 filed by the Respondent in Family Court at Pune to the Family Court at Solapur.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent submits that Civil Misc. Application No. 31 of 2018 is already decided by the Family Court, Pune on 14th January, 2019. Statement is accepted.
