The petition is filed for following :- "(a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondent No.2, Reviewing Authority to decide the Review dated 01st August 2018 filed by the Petitioner (Exhibit "C") after giving a personal hearing to the petitioner within a fixed time limit to be decided by this Hon'ble Court by a reasoned and speaking order."

16-wp-1307-2019 instructions makes a statement that Review Application filed by the petitioner on 02.08.2018 under NPCIL (D & A), Rules 1996 is already disposed of on 25.03.2019. Statement accepted. In view of the statement the grievance of the petitioner do not survive. 3.

The respondent No.2 is however directed to supply the copy of the order to the petitioner expeditiously. 4.

Needless to mention that the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order passed in Review Application before appropriate authority, if permissible in the law.
