The applicants are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with
2 912-ABA No.2621-18.doc C.R.No.641/2018 registered with Lonikand Police Station, Pune (Rural) u/sec. 420, 504, 506 r/w 34 of I.P.C. 2.
The allegations in the FIR are pertaining to a land transaction. According to the first informant, he was deprived of his rights in respect of his land at Gut No.71, Avhalwadi.

Today in the court, the applicants as well as the first informant have filed separate affidavits. The affidavits are tendered in the court. They are taken on record. Both these affidavits mention that, the applicants and first informant have settled their dispute and the first informant does not have any objection if anticipatory bail is granted to the applicants.

Considering this fact, no purpose will be served by denying protection of anticipatory bail to the applicants. It is clarified that, I have taken into consideration the only the factum of settlement between the parties. I have not taken into consideration the terms of settlement between the parties. For the limited purpose of deciding this anticipatory bail, these affidavits filed today make out a case for

ORDER
1.
In the event of their arrest in connection with C.R.No.641/2018 registered with Lonikand Police Station, Pune (Rural), the Applicants be released on bail on their furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) each with one or two sureties each in the like amount.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
