None appear for the Applicants. This Application is for setting aside the order dated 3rd April 2014 passed in First Appeal St No. 31107 of 2018. By the said order passed by Registrar ( Judicial - II), conditional time was granted to remove office objections. Office objections were not removed. Hence, the Appeal was dismissed and numbered as Rejected Case No. 655 of 2019. 2.

For the reasons stated in the Application, Application is allowed in 1/2

4-ia-1533-2019-rc-655-2019.doc terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) This Hon'ble court be pleased to quash and set aside the order dated 03/04/2019 passed in Stamp No. FAST/31107/2018 filing date 26/10/2018 Registration No. RC/655/2019 and further be pleased to restore the said Appeal to its original file in the interest of justice." 3.

Delay if any in filing the Application is condoned for the reasons stated in the Application.

Applicant is directed to remove all office objections within period of 8 weeks from today failing which Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
