The impugned order is passed by the officer in exercise of power under sections 53 and 54 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. The petitioners have statutory remedy under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.

For period of two weeks from today parties shall maintain status quo. The petitioners to avail statutory remedies as available under the provisions of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.

In view of above, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
