Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader for State.

Under challenge in this writ petition is Tender No. E10/CHS/PC/Mechanized Cleaning Services/23-24. Along with the challenge to the said tender process, the petitioner has also challenged the Government decision, dated 18th September 2023 issued by the State Government in the Department of Health.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has tendered a tender cancellation notice dated 18th December 2023, whereby the tender impugned in this writ petition itself has been cancelled. Accordingly, so far as the challenge to the impugned tender is concerned, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 4.

As far as the challenge to the impugned Government decision, dated 18th September 2023, is concerned, in case any tender notice is issued in future, based on the said Government decision, dated 18th September 2023 and the petitioners still feels aggrieved, they will have an opportunity to challenge the same in any future matter.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
