In Crime No. 534/2018 registered with Indapur Police Station, Dist. Pune for offence punishable under Sections 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 341, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail.

Other co-accused are already charge-sheeted. There is a cross complaint on the same date resulting into Crime No. 535/2018. As the investigation in the matter is already completed qua the

2 932.2628.18 aba.doc role attributed to the main accused, absence of criminal antecedents against the applicant and considering the role attributed to the applicant, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not warranted. Hence, following order:

(A) In the event of arrest of the applicant in In Crime No. 534/2018 registered with Indapur Police Station, Dist. Pune, applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(B) Applicant shall not influence witnesses or tamper with evidence.

(C) Applicant shall co-operate with the investigating agency.

(D) Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer on 11/02/2019, 13/02/2019 and 15/02/2019 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when directed by the Investigating Officer.

Application stands disposed of.
