Heard Mrs. Kalpana Trivedi, learned Counsel for the applicant and Mr. Mendon, learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.1 to 8-original claimants who are the main contesting parties. There is delay of 16 days in preferring the appeal.

Having regard to the nature of dispute and looking to the small volume of delay, application for condonation of delay needs to be allowed. Hence, I pass following order.
