By this Interim Application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of one month four days in filing the Review Petition. No affidavit-in-reply is filed by the original petitioner. According to the learned counsel for the original petitioner, there is delay of 61 days and not one month four days. Delay is explained in paragraph 3 of the Interim Application. For the reasons recorded in paragraphs 3 of the Interim Application, delay of 61 days is condoned. There shall be no order as to costs.
