This is an application for condoning the delay of 167 days caused in filing the C.R.A. For the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a sufficient cause for condoning the delay. Hence, delay of 167 days caused in filing the C.R.A. is condoned. Office to register the C.R.A. if it is otherwise ready. Civil Application is disposed of.
