Perused the Application. The same is taken out to bring legal heirs of deceased sole Respondent who expired on 10.02.2018. There is delay of 8 months in taking out the Application. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in paragraph Nos. 3 and 4 of the Civil Application, the same is allowed and disposed of by condoning delay.

4. Let the amendment be carried out within two weeks from today. Re-verification is dispensed with. Copy of the amended title be served on the newly added Respondents.
