The applicant was granted bail by this Court vide Order dated 13th June 2018 in Bail Application No.2635 of 2016 on his furnishing PR Bond of Rs.50,000/- with one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount. The applicant is 76 years old. It is appropriate that for the temporary period, the applicant be permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs.50,000/-. Gaikwad RD 1/2

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, I pass the following Order :

ORDER

(i) The Order dated 13th June 2018 is modified to the extent that the applicant is permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs.50,000/- for the period of six weeks. (ii) In the mean time, the applicant shall furnish surety in connection with Clause (a) of operative of the Order dated 13th June 2018.
