By this Application, respondent No.1 seeks recall of the Non Bailable Warrant issued by this court on 18/12/2018. This court was constrained to issue Non Bailable Warrant, as respondent No.1 did not appear despite a specific order passed on 11.12.2018 directing her to remain present before the court. Respondent No.1 is present before the court.

2.36292.18-cao.doc We have perused the Application. The illness of respondent No.1 is assigned as the reason for her non appearance. It is supported by medical certificate/papers.
The learned Senior counsel for respondent No.1 submits that the respondent No.1 will personally appear before the court again on 21.12.2018.
We are, therefore, inclined to allow the application and recall the Non Bailable Warrant issued by this court vide order dated 18.12.2018.
Thus, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus:
(a) This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to recall the order dated 18.12.2018 passed by this Hon'ble Court (Coram : Hon'ble Justice K. K. Tated and Hon'ble Justice N. J. Jamadar) in Contempt Petition (ST) No.28354 of 2018."
