This Writ Petition is filed by the Wife challenging the condition imposed in the order dated 10 May 2023, passed on Exhibit - 7.

After the matter was argued for some time, the parties 1/4
have agreed that this Writ Petition can be disposed of with the following directions.

By consent of the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the order dated 10 May 2023, passed on Exhibit `7' being modified as follows :- a).
As far as item No.2 is concerned, the timing as mention in item No.2 i.e. 10.00 to 4.00 p.m., is altered to 11.00 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. Rest of the directions in item No.2 remains unaltered.
b).
As far as item No.3 is concerned, the Husband has been given the access of four days in a week between 7.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. The same stands changed mutually and the access of daughter Audio / Video call of minor child is given to the Respondent / Father, on every Wednesday's and Saturday's, between 8.30 p.m. to 9.00 p.m. Rest of the order remains unaltered.
c).
As regards item No.4 is concerned, the timing mentioned as 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m., stands changed to 11.00 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. Rest of the directions in item No.4 remains 2/4
unaltered.
d).
As regards item Nos.5, 6 and 7 are concerned, 50% vacations as mentioned in the order to the Respondent / Husband of the minor child is un-altered. Since the Summer Vacation is approximately for two months of minor child, approximate 30 days period will be available as interim physical custody of the minor child to the Respondent / Husband by consent is spilt-up in the following manner :- (1) From 20 June 2024 to 27 June 2024, (2) From 1 July 2024 to 8 July 2024, and (3) From 17 July 2024 to 30 July 2024.
Rest of the directions given in item Nos.5, 6 and 7 remain un-altered.
This arrangement would be only for the Summer Vacation of 2024 for mutual convenience. Thereafter the parties are free to continue with similar kind of arrangement or may alter the same as per the mutual convenience of the parties. The percentage as mentioned in the order of vacation as 50% is unaltered. 3/4
e).
As regards item No.12 is concerned, both the parties have agreed that there will be no restrictions either on the Petitioner or the Respondent to travel with the minor daughter anywhere within the territory of India, without there being any kind of restriction. However, they will inform the other party at least 48 hours in advance by e-mail, their travel plans and also share their itinerary. However rest of restrictions put up in item No.12 as regards traveling abroad is un-altered. 4.
