The learned counsel for the Petitioner has tendered an AffidavitCum-Undertaking. In terms of the said Affidavit-Cum-Undertaking, the three cheques aggregating to total Rs.52,50,857/- have been handed over in Court by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner to the learned Counsel for Respondent nos.2 and 3.

We accept the undertaking of the Petitioner and dispose of the Petition.

The Respondent nos.2 and 3 shall not take any coercive steps against the Petitioner save and except if any of the cheques are returned dishonoured.

Upon the request of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, we direct the Tahsildar to return the cheque dated 10th January, 2019 to the Petitioner which is stated to have been handed over to him by the Petitioner, within three weeks from today.
