The above Interim Application is filed seeking a condonation of delay of 90 days in filing the above Family Court Appeal.

We have perused the record, and find that the Respondent-wife has been duly served as evidenced by the affidavit of service dated 14th February, 2024. Despite service, the Respondent-wife has not appeared either herself or through an advocate.

15.IA.1667.19.DOC After perusing the Interim Application, we find that sufficient cause is made out for condoning delay. Accordingly, the delay of 90 days is condoned. Now that the delay is condoned, the Registry shall number the above Family Court Appeal subject to the Applicant/Appellant removing all other office objections within a period of four weeks from today, failing which the above Family Court Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. This order will be digitally signed by the Private Secretary/ Personal Assistant of this Court. All concerned will act order.
