Parties with their respective Advocates are jointly requesting for quashing C.R. No. 13 of 2018 and 12 of 2018 registered at Dighi Sagari Police Station under Section 420 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

When this request was made on 30th January 2019, we directed learned A.P.P to find out whether there are any other instances of similar conduct.
