By this application the applicant has sought to recall the Order dated 26th November, 2018 whereby this Court had dismissed the First Appeal No. 423 of 2003.

By Order dated 21st February, 2018 this Court had given an opportunity to the applicant to deposit an amount of Rs.2,63,304/- in compliance with the Order dated 20th December, 2018. The learned Counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has not complied salgaonkar
