Interim Application No. 1673 of 2019 is circulated by inviting my attention to the order dated 07.01.2020. Though notice was issued to the Respondents who have been fastened with the liability in terms of the Judgment and Award dated Digitally signed by ATUL GANESH KULKARNI Date:

2021.12.09 11:32:52 +0530 17.07.2019 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, ATUL GANESH KULKARNI Pune in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 713 of 2014, the Respondents put an appearance and it is pointed out to me

16-FA282-2020 WITH IA1673-2019.DOC that the stay is granted without directing the Appellant to deposit the amount of compensation.

Considering that the Claimants have been awarded the compensation in the year 2019 and they have not received any amount of compensation till date, the Appellant is directed to deposit the decretal amount in the Tribunal within a period of four weeks from today.

Upon failure to deposit the said amount with the period stipulated, the stay granted on 07.01.2020 to the execution of the impugned judgment shall automatically stand vacated. 2.

List the matter on 11.01.2022.
