2 By this First Appeal, the Appellants/Original Claimants are challenging the Judgment and award dated 16/10/2018 passed by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Niphad in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 42/2015 exonerating the Insurance Company from payment of compensation.

3. Considering the submission made by the Learned Counsel for the Appellants and the impugned Judgment and award, I am satisfied that the Appellants have made out a case for the following order:

b. Printing dispensed with.

c. The appellants are directed to file private paper book with copy to other side within one year from today failing which the first appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

d. Call R & P.

e. Hearing of First Appeal is expedited.
