This petition is moved for withdrawal.

The learned counsel for the Petitioners has produced an affidavit filed by the Petitioner No.1 Eknath Dhanu Kadav, stating that the Petitioners are desirous to withdraw the petition. The affidavit is accompanied by an irrevocable Power of Attorney (PoA) executed by the Petitioner Nos.2 to 5 in favour of the Petitioner No.1. The learned counsel for the Petitioners states that the PoA authorises the Petitioner No.1 even to withdraw the petition as it includes the authority of compromise. The PoA is a Mamta Kale

1-wp-5191-2019.doc notarised document executed on 23 January 2017. The learned counsel states that Petitioner No.1 is present in the Court. He states that he has verified that all the Petitioners are desirous of withdrawing the petition. The affidavit alongwith POA is taken on record and marked 'X' and 'Y' for identification. 3.

In such circumstances, the petition is disposed of, as withdrawn, with no order as to costs.
