3] It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that the applicant No.1 is widow and the applicant No.2 is marriageable 1/2

14 CAFST 36344 OF 2018 daughter and therefore they are seeking withdrawal. Taking into consideration the requirements of the applicants, they are permitted to withdraw amount of Rs.10,00,000/- subject to furnishing usual undertaking.
