Impugned order in the writ petition has been passed by the Commissioner in exercise of power under section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. Against the order of the Commissioner in exercise of power under section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, the petitioners have remedy of second revision under section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 before the State Government.

Hence, by keeping all questions raised in the writ petition open to be agitated before the Minister, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

In view of disposal of the writ petition, interim application stands disposed of as infructuous.
