This Application is moved for expediting the hearing of interim application for maintenance, at exhibit 2, in Case No. 169/DV/2015, which is pending before the learned Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 71st Court at Bandra, Mumbai. 2.

As the prayers are very short and respondent No.1-husband, who is a concerned party, is present before this Court, and both the parties are ready for mediation, I dispose of this Application with following order :

ORDER

(i) Parties to appear before the learned Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 71st Court at Bandra, Trupti Page 1 of 2

904-appln-711-2018.doc Mumbai on the scheduled date i.e., on 24th January, 2019 at 11.00 a.m.;

(ii) The learned Magistrate shall refer the matter to a Mediator by giving reasonable time of maximum three weeks to the parties and the Mediator;

(iii) Parties shall co-operate with the Mediator; (iv) If the parties do not agree, then the learned Magistrate to take up the matter i.e., application for interim maintenance and decide the same within a period of three weeks after receiving the report from the Mediator.

It is contended by respondent No.1-husband that at the time of granting bail to him as per the order passed by this Court, he has paid Rs. 35,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Five Lakhs only) to the applicant-wife.
