DATED : 16th JANUARY 2024 P.C:- On 12/01/2024, the following order was passed 1] "Since there was no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner/ Applicant on two consecutive dates i.e. 28.11.2023 and 05.01.2024, it can be inferred that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the Petition.

Hence, Arbitration Petition (ST) No.18583 OF 2019 stands dismissed for want of prosecution.

In the wake of above, IA No. 1757/2019 also stands disposed off. 2] After the order was passed, the learned counsel appeared, but express his disinclination to proceed with the petition and seek time.

At his request renotify to 16.01.2024 High on Board, with a clear understanding that no further adjournment shall be granted". Though, I granted indulgence on the request of the counsel, today there is no option left, then to dismiss the Arbitration Petition as well as the Interim Application, as once again there is no appearance on part of the Applicant/ Petitioner.
