In view of this, there is only one possibility of serving Notices on Respondents by Publication. Hence, this Interim Application is allowed.

Issue Publication Notice to Respondent Nos.1b(a), 1b(b) and 1(e) returnable by eight (8) weeks (excluding Summer Vacation).
