Learned Counsel for the Appellants submits that earlier the entire decretal amount has been deposited and an interim stay has also been granted to the execution. Learned Counsel submits that since the entire amount has already been deposited, the stay application can be disposed of and the stay can be continued till the final disposal of the Appeal.

Let the stay granted on 9th December, 2019 be continued till the final disposal of the Appeal. Interim Application stands disposed of.
