The submission of the applicant is that in the crime in question, no specific role is attributed to the applicant.

The eye witnesses have specifically named the present applicant in the crime in question.

Apart from above, the applicant has criminal antecedents as there are other five offences pending against him. In that view of the matter, no case for bail is made out. 5.

The application is rejected.
