Petitioner as well as respondent are present in Court today through their learned counsel. They have tendered Consent Terms duly signed by them and their learned counsel. The same are taken on record and marked as "Document-A" for identification. The petitioner as well as the respondent state that they have understood the terms incorporated in the Consent Terms and they have signed the same willingly.

In view of the aforesaid, the present proceedings are disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms that would be binding on the parties. The parties shall act accordingly.

In view of the fact that the parties have executed Consent Terms, the Family Court, seized of the proceedings for restitution of conjugal rights, shall take necessary steps in accordance with law and dispose of the proceedings expeditiously.
