Learned advocate for applicant submits that the applicant has preferred application for bail before the Sessions Court after filing of charge sheet, and the same is pending before the Sessions Court for orders. It is submitted that the applicant has undertaken before the Sessions Court that he would withdraw this application. It is, therefore, submitted that this application may be allowed to be withdrawn. Accordingly, Criminal Bail Application No.3355 of 2018 is dismissed as withdrawn.
