P.C.:- Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that, in furtherance of Order dated 16th December, 2019, passed by this Court, the Petitioner has filed an Application for leave on 30th December, 2019, as contemplated under Section 107 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, for continuing with the Suit, which is already filed against the bank bearing No. T.E. & R. Suit No. 78/102 of 2010. He further submitted that, the said Application is still pending before the Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Maharashtra State, Pune.

In view thereof, the Commissioner for Co-operation and Registrar of Co-operative Societies of Maharashtra State Pune, is hereby 1/2

ssm 2 15-wp2771.19.doc directed to consider the said Application of the Petitioner as per the provisions of law and decide the same as expeditiously as possible and within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the present Order. In view of filing of the said Application, the present Petition as of today, does not survive and is accordingly disposed off. All the concerned to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of this Order.
