When the Court was not inclined for grant of reliefs prayed for in this application, learned counsel appearing for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this application. It is, however, submitted that the applicant's family is depending on him, and, he would require some time to surrender. It is submitted that he has to pursue other proceedings in relation to dispossession of property. It is submitted that four weeks time be granted to the applicant to surrender. Learned APP and learned counsel for the Intervener opposed the said prayer.
