At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to amend the payer clause. 2.

Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

By this petition, apprehension expressed is that the Respondent would take the minor child/daughter out the country. The admitted position that there is no application which has been filed before the Family Court and this Court has been approached directly. In exercise of powers under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, relief sought in the Petition cannot be granted by this Court.

submits that an application for interim relief will be filed in the Family Court today itself.
