Mr.Gharte, learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No.1 on instructions submitted that, by the present Petition the Petitioner has impugned interlocutory Order dated 30th October 2018 passed below Exh.U-2 in Complaint (ULP) No.102/2018 by the Labour Court, Pune. 2.
He on instructions further submitted that, as on today the said complaint itself has been dismissed for default by the Labour Court by its Order dated 1st January 2020 and the same has not been restored till date. He submitted that, in view thereof, the present Petition has become infructuous.
