Perused records. It appears that Notice issued through Bailiff to Respondent No.1 returned unserved with Bailiff remark, 'not found on given address. On this address one Smt.Sawant is living and she said that the said room was purchased by them before 1 year and she does not know the address of the present Respondent No.1. She does not allowed to paste Notice on the door, hence Notice returned'.

This is sufficient to allow the application regarding substitute service of Respondent No.1 by way of Publication in Daily Newspaper, 'Active Times' in English and 'Dainik Sagar' in Marathi.

In view of this Civil Application for Publication is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), returnable by 6 weeks.
