2] Prayer for transfer is opposed by Respondent-husband on the ground that he is willing to pay travel expenses of Rs. 1,000/- to the Applicant. Counsel for Respondent also submits that for attending the proceedings at Thane, hardly any inconvenience or hardship will be caused to the Applicant.

8.1.19 mca.doc 3] Having considered the submissions it is noticed that Applicant is custodian of a minor daughter aged about 5 years. 4] Apart from above, travel expenses as are offered does not appears to be reasonable to meet the requirement. 5] That being so, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).
