This interim application is filed by the Original Petitioners/Tenant seeking to withdraw the amount of Rs.50,000/- deposited by him in this Court, pursuant to the order dated 18 January 2017, passed in Writ Petition No.13917 of 2016. 2.

Mr. R. R. Sharma appearing for Respondent No.1 (Landlord) on instructions of his client submits that he does not have any objection if the Petitioner withdraw the money deposited by them in this Court.

In view of the same, the Petitioner is permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.50,000/- deposited by them along with accrued interest.
